Theresa was phenomenal in helping with my move in. She was consistently responsive and worked to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. When issues did come up, she was very quick to get answers and fix the problem.

Hello Trellis thanks for welcoming me to your apartment community after my horrid last apartment complex located in Kent,WA I have not had any bad experiences when speaking or dealing with anyone here in the office @ Trellis they are very friendly even on some of my off days and are willing to answer any questions and are helpful in navigating paperwork or issues that may arise so if your looking for a place you might want to check Trellis out Teresa.C is great!

I would start by saying you get what you pay for! Rent is a lot cheaper than most places for sure. I was told they were renovating and the first unit i tour definitely was. I ended up not getting that specific unit and choose another but when asked to look at the place before had i was denied and was told i couldnt because it was being cleaned and reset. Once signed for lease i was able to take a look and the place was cleaned but not in detail. - Toilets were dirty. -Washer machine has a stagnant water odor -Tubs looked like they were resurfaced and trim gas gaps -Dishwasher leaks & doesnt dry well This goes back to you get what you pay for thats why i still gave 4 stars. Management are nice and maintenance is always moving up and down the street working so cant have too many complaints.
