Enchanted Woods Apartments

New older (Black, just for identification, not relevant otherwise) maintenance guy is an INSANE LIAR, massively dishonest, lazy, doesn't do his job, insists on replacing things that are EASILY fixed and then threatens to charge people, snoops through people's apartments for NO REASON, he's ableist and racist, hostile, creeps people out, and is completely untrustworthy, an obvious security risk. Have talked to several other residents who have had negative experiences with him already. I don't feel safe knowing he has keys to our apartment. Management is demanding permission to enter for work orders now, which isn't legal, and they're overall very rude, hostile, threatening, and HATE their tenants, ESPECIALLY the children - TWO whole school busses of kids live here and management does nothing but complain about them and refuse to do basic things to accommodate them like fix the playground. This place is FILTHY, RUN DOWN, UNINSULATED, regularly violates the LAW, and does NOT compensate residents. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LIVING HERE WILL DRAIN YOUR WALLET, PATIENCE, PHYSICAL HEALTH, AND SANITY.

I have been waiting over 2 months now for my refund check. I have called , left voicemails and sent many emails for an update as to when it will ship. On 10/25, I was told the check was lost in the mail and they would get it sent out again. Its been over two weeks and all Im asking for is an update to make sure they have sent it out. This week I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone they couldnt give me an answer, so took my name and number and havent even reached back out. I am at a loss for words and Im guessing I have to take legal action to get my money. When I moved in, I only stayed there for two days because there were multiple slugs coming out from under the floor boards in the kitchen, mold and water damage. I then had to leave in the middle of the night with my daughter as all these slugs were crawling around. I have been real nice and patient and just an update would be great. this is just ridiculous. I have never had a company just ignore someone especially when you are owed a refund.

I went there to meet somebody and I got lost when I first showed up but I figured it out. Although the apartments layout is very confusing, it is actually very, very convenient and comfortable. The apartments themselves although not so great on space were actually when done right? Very cute. I appreciate the management there although they lack a certain level of humanity. But in the end, I ended up having intercourse so it's okay.
