Everything about this place is trash. A lot of peepers watch you. 34242 1st place South apartment D was looking in my window & took pictures with there cameras. Even follows me to the library across the street. His whole family & race are STALKERS

My experience with Campus View Apartments has been an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. Not only have I been ignored regarding a significant billing discrepancy, but the consistent noise issues from neighboring apartments were also blatantly disregarded despite my repeated attempts to address them. Throughout my time living at Campus View, noise disturbances from neighboring units were a constant source of frustration. Despite my numerous complaints to apartment management, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The lack of action taken to address this ongoing issue is a clear reflection of their dismissive attitude towards tenant concerns. Now, as I attempt to resolve a separate billing issuea matter that I've brought to their attention with ample evidencemy emails are being blatantly ignored for over a week. It's abundantly clear that this behavior is not an isolated incident but rather indicative of a systemic problem within Campus View's management. If you value your peace of mind, your money, and your sanity, steer clear of Campus View Apartments. Their utter disregard for tenant well-being and consistent neglect of basic responsibilities make them wholly unfit for anyone seeking a decent living environment. Save yourself the trouble and find housing elsewhere. Edit: Don't be fooled by their "contact us and we will be more than happy to try and turn your experience around." I have called and e-mailed them and nothing was resolved. Also, on an unrelated topic, they charged $260 for a cleaning fee when I moved out. Good luck getting your deposit back.

Mold is everywhere here. You will wake up with allergies every day. For how much they charge here, u would expect to have a nicer living space. If ur appliances break down, don't expect something new. They will get u ones from the thrift store something from the 70s. Not to mention the new management crew, they will get on ur nerves and have nothing to do but bother people every way possible. And the office always smells nasty for some reason. Like fart and cigarettes. Higher management needs to look into it.

Safe place to live

If you're looking for upgraded appliances - live somewhere else. If you're looking for a well-constructed and professionally cleaned apartment - live somewhere else. And if you're looking for competent staff who treat you with basic human decency - live somewhere else! After 2 weeks of living here, I sent an 8 page complaint letter to the regional manager that included all of the documentation we had collected against the office staff. Her solution was to just let us leave "penalty free" rather than take responsibility and accountability for our injustices. No apology either. I've included some pictures of our unit to this review. Their website made us think we were getting modern appliances, nice countertops, upgraded hardware, and hardwood floors. All lies! Stay away!! Also, the main source of heat here is a wood burning fireplace, so again, if you don't want to deal with that - live somewhere else!
