Pacific Heights Apartments

Ive been living at these apartments for a few years now, the office staff is great and I love all the events they do for all of us residents.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. I love how friendly the staff was while on the tour of the were very informative and knowledgeable. The property manager Latricia was very welcoming and very helpful. I cant wait to rent with this property!

One star in this I am reaching out to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Pacific Heights. To start, I must say that I had high expectations for my year-long stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Throughout my entire stay, I had to deal with persistent issues of mold and snails in my accommodation, which greatly affected my overall comfort and well-being. The presence of mold not only posed health risks but also created an unpleasant environment. Additionally, having to constantly deal with snails was both inconvenient and unhygienic. Despite repeated complaints about these issues to your maintenance department, I found the response to be lackluster. The mold problem was never adequately addressed, and the measures taken to eliminate the snail infestation were temporary at best. As a long-term resident, this kind of negligence was extremely frustrating. Given the amount of time I spent at Pacific Heights and the premium price I paid for my accommodation, I expected a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, my experience has left me disappointed and dissatisfied. I am writing to express my disappointment with my year-long stay at Pacific Heights. Throughout my time there, I had to deal with recurring issues of mold and snails in my apartment. Despite reporting these problems and requesting maintenance, the issues were not adequately addressed, and I ultimately had to bear the extra charges for repairs. Considering the premium price I paid for my accommodation, I expected a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, my experience at Pacific Heights has fallen short of my expectations.
