ROI Property Management

All rental companies suck but ROI actively tries to keep their spot at #1. Unreasonable expectations such as having the apartment professionally cleaned and ready to show before even moving out. They will try their hardest to not return any of your security deposit and in fact charge you extra fees upon moving out on top of keeping your money. They also lied and said I was late on rent constantly when I never had a late payment during my more than 2 year stay. Also generally unresponsive to maintenance requests and they will charge you $100 for maintenance if they dont think the problem is a big enough issue. Awful company, wouldnt encourage anyone to rent with them. And I wouldnt encourage landlords to use them either because the management company is reason to not renew your lease.

ROI is probably the single worst property management company I have ever worked with in my dozen apartments of my life.They are highly unprofessional, highly unresponsive, and highly tardy.I really hope their owners know this. I am almost certain not to re-sign with them becuase of their management company. That's a shame.If you see them involved with your property, you shouldn't sign.

ROI got me out of a real jam. I had a terrible tenant who brought in cats and a dog into my unit that is strictly no pets. They got this nutjob out and rerented my place quickly. Thanks ROI!
