Riggin Property Management

If I could give a -5 I would. Horrible management. Worst Ive ever seen and Ive moved at least 10 times in my 22 years of military service. I would never by a house whos HOA was managed by them. They hold checks over a month, they lose checks, and they fight with you and do not take responsibility for their inability to manage simple business processes. Like cashing the check you are supposed to pay them monthly. The owner and manager is incapable of carrying out proper HOA management. DO NOT use them for management. Yes Deborah Riggins, you by far are the worst Ive ever encountered with regards to property management.

My client just purchase a home in Woodbridge VA, unfortunately under Riggin Property Management.When he went to register as a new homeowner he was told that he had to return the old parking permits or pay an extra fee and that the new parking passes were given to the selling agent. Not only he left empty handed but the person that talked to him never let him inside the office and close the door without providing any further explanation.When I called, she was rude and did offer any solution to my client's needs, she did not have an answer when I told her it was her responsibility to obtain the old permit before giving out the new ones to the wrong agent. when I asked how she was going to help she just hung the phone. I just contacted the Real Estate Board to start a formal complain.This the worst management company I had to deal in 20 years as a Realtor.VIctor E MelgarRealtor with Spring Hill Real Estate

Community is infested with cockroaches no matter how many times they do pest control on the grounds and they never warn before it's done, tow trucks rarely come when called allowing cars to stay in your assigned parking spot for well over an hour, only accept mail and dropoff for payments, holds check payments for weeksssss, people on the board's (who live in the community) homes are not up to HOA guidelines but they threaten to take action on others' homes. Somewhat nice people but poorly run management group.
