I was ready to sale my townhome in the River Oaks community of Woodbridge, VA, after living in it for over 20 years. At the insistence of a friend, I reached out to Allen Johnson and his team for their assistance with the sale. This was one of the best decisions I ever made! I listened to the advice and guidance of Allen, as well as members of his team, to include interior designer Adrienne Johnson and transaction manager Dawn Knox. I honestly cant speak enough about Dawn who was always there to respond when I called, texted, or emailed, regardless of how large or small the issue. Allen and his team assisted me in every aspect of the home selling process, to include: the best time to list my home, how to stage my furnished home, preparing my home for the pictures used to market, scheduling showings, and the open house. From their advice and marketing of my home, I received a multitude of offers in a very short period-of-time. Allen and Dawn were instrumental in organizing and presenting the many offers received. Allen provided his advice but allowed me to select what I felt was the best offer for me. AJ Team is just that, a professional team who welcomed me into their team of clients, shared their many years of real estate knowledge, treated me with the utmost respect, and surrounded me with their support and advise during my entire home selling process.
