I came here a couple of months ago to buy my husband some shirts & the manager (older big women) was very unpleasant she wasnt helpful at all I asked her for something I wanted she said no that she didnt have it and walked away & I had to look for it myself. When a darker skinned male came in she was all smiles and helped right away she definitely pick and chose who to be attentive to. The young lady that was working the cash register was very lovely though sad that older lady was unkind && should definitely have better customer service skills at her age!

The associates are customer oriented and helpful. The store, though not huge, has a good selection of merchandise.

I went into the Woodbridge, Virginia location today and met Cassidy. She was awesome very open and friendly and able to assist me with a few random questions. Being a big guy the selection is always amazing! if your looking for the big and tall shirts there isn't really another place that has them let alone a selection like they do!
