Bought a hutch from Woodcrafters in 2017. During a recent move it was damaged so I called Woodcrafters to obtain a copy of my receipt for a damage claim. Spoke to the owner who advised that they had a record of my purchase. He asked me to send an email with pictures and the request which I did. Never responded. Called back and he said they would send it later. Never responded. I guess this behavior fits in with the other reviews regarding customer service. My request was small, and they had the information at hand, just wouldn't send. I can't even imagine why as it would take all of 2 minutes to respond to my email. If they can't even help with a small request, imagine how you would be treated if you bought a product from them that needed service? There's a lot of other places to buy furniture, I would recommend spending your hard earned money at a place that takes care of their customers.

I'd give 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. Stay away from this store. We purchased a custom table and chairs and a bar that was on the showroom floor. The bar was delivered filthy, covered in dust, as well as with a broken light. Lance did not answer the store phone. One of the delivery guys finally was able to get him on his cell phone (and the delivery guy ultimately passed on the cell number to us). When told the condition of the cabinet, he instructed my husband to give the delivery guys a rag and some furniture polish. Seriously? Why wasn't this piece inspected before it was put on the delivery truck? And now, over 3 months later, malfunctioning light has yet to be replaced. Lance avoids calls, doesn't return calls and then blocks phone numbers. He claims to have been in the Marines, but a true Marine would not treat a fellow Marine (my husband) in this manner. He is the most unprofessional, unethical business owner we have ever dealt with. He should be put out of business. Stay away and shop elsewhere.
