This place might be scamming people. I would never come after a small business but this place doesnt seem right. Very nice and professional until you put down a deposit. Only buy whats IN THE STORE or you wont ever get your furniture. Tried to get my money back for an order I NEVER received but they closed the store and then reopened under a new name but still the same ownership? That seems odd to me. They arent even a registered company. Buyers Beware.

Great store, great associates, friendly environment. Bought a couple of accent pieces and I love how they always have new inventory. Would recommend for different styles. Some prices high but the deals are great.

Nesren is a liar and a scam. Sells furniture as fine furniture but in reality its cheap Coaster furniture. Stickers were removed from all our dining chairs but not the table itself. We paid 70% more than online prices.

Edited due to owner reply: when your furniture is priced 3x the MSRP and Italian leather as so stated by sales associate and manager but was used as well as modified footers..... So photo attached says it all as I thought I recognized it and then when fixing legs that didnt belong. Months later when pandemic calmed down a little ), what did I find in IKEA was same exact sofa they still sell. (End edit) I would avoid this place of business. The staff seem friendly enough but very similar sale practices like other furniture stores not disclosing the full truth or so not know the product and information they are selling. This place may be selling a lot of products not as described by the sales staff or on their sales tag. Some furniture is from rental or model homes which is true but these items can be from manufacturers or local furniture stores that brand new are cheaper what this store is selling it for. An example is selling used furniture at 3 to 4 times the cost that if you went to a furniture store down the street that actually makes or carries that same exact piece brand new. If you do shop here, ask to see manufacturers tags to verify product and material type. Negotiate appropriate price if it is a used piece of furniture and not a new item on their floor. All sales are final at this store so be cautious and again recommend going elsewhere if that product is available that would be backed by the store for returns if an issue with it or manufacturer warranty. Never received a proper refund or credit for the furniture that was damaged and sell new for half the price paid.
