        This is a great store to visit if you want to get the opinion of the nearby Community College student's point of view of Apple products, one downside is their hours aren't posted on the outside entrance so know when they're open so a visit to the apple website is necessary to know when you can visit

        Sat in store for 45 minutes waiting to be seen and found out that I was registered as keeping appt but the agent didnt complete the process and of in docking me in

        Arrived a seven minutes late to my Genius Bar appointment. After having me go through whats wrong with my MacBook the gentleman checking me in went to the back came back a couple minutes later and said the tech had gone home for the day. I asked what time they were off and he said 7 (it was now 6:55). Why would this star make a Genius Bar appt for only 15 minutes?!? Especially when customers are notoriously waiting at least :30 for their techs to wrap up. Something is off at this store, either a manager who doesnt understand how schedule staff or employees are slagging off but its truly messed up they do this to customers.
