        Megan is the absolute best! I came in to get options for an upgrade and cancel out my sprint plan and she not only had great customer service (I felt like I was family) she found the best plan for me without going over budget and saving me money.

        In-store reps are good so keeping 4 starts for their benefit. My frustration is with the hold music when you have to call-in to a service rep. Why-oh-why is the on hold music loud, blaring rock music that sounds like the line is breaking?!? It's so irritating!
