I am not sure if they were specifically targeting me or if they are this annoying with every customer at this location. But Ive read that this is a tactic they use when they think someone is stealing something.. to keep bombarding them by coming up to them asking if they need help. I absolutely was not stealing. Ive been a long-term customer of Ulta for many years and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I usually never go to this location and after this experience, I certainly never will return again.
Despite this experience, I still spent a lot of money in the store that day but I wish I hadnt. Next time, I will just order online or go to another location.
