        My move in process here at Longview townhomes and apartments was great, from the time I inquired about a townhouse until I signed my lease. Ms.Melinda is awesome shes very professional , efficient, and reliable. Because of her my move in was very smooth and welcoming. I appreciate everything shes done and without her I wouldnt have been this pleased.

        I have a situation in our townhome, with RAT and after placing a ticket to see what can be done to get the RAT situation taking care off. I spoke with one of the front lady, by the name of TIFFANY and the reception was not nice at all. I believe allow me to speak, instead of you speaking over me. The entire cooperate team has to get some of them out of the way. I have been here since 2019 and i believe the previous management is more polite and customer oriented.

        I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment here and Melinda was amazing and helping me throughout the whole process she had me in an apartment in 2 weeks it was pretty seamless process. I really like to unit and neighborhood it' feels like it's going a great new home. Thank you Melinda for all your help and hospitality.
