Riverside Station Apartments

Ive lived here for almost 2 years. While some things are not bad, the front office / maintenance are awful. Rude and do not care about any issues. For a year now, the vent on the outside of the building that goes to our bathroom vent, has been visibly broken outside. We have watched birds fly into the vent. The ledge beside, is covered in bird poop. With spring here, we can hear the birds chirping INSIDE our bathroom vent every day now. Maintenance just says its dirt and wont do anything. When you turn our bathroom fan on, you hear the blades tearing up the nest theyve built and sticks and etc come flying out of the vent all over our floor. Its disgusting and I shouldnt have to beg them to fix this.

Latia and Tiara have been a great addition to the property . We have had many different office staff but they have come in and shown that they actually care about the work they are doing .

Where do I start , Tiara provided an exceptional customer service experience . She also took out the time to show 3 units I was interested in and I really appreciated the time and effort put into my your experience and all the information provided to me . A way better experience than the other properties Ive visited .
