Do not come here unless you are willing to wait a VERY long time my baby was extremely sick and they did not attend him at all horrible Services dont waste your time in this garbage of a place

We came to the UC at 3:00 and it wasn't until 5:30 that we finally got relief for my wife who was in pain. The NP who came in later was nice and helped a little bit but the staff there was taking their sweet ole time. I even heard a conversation on the outside of the room door watching reels.

Poor service and the doctor won't see you when you call to let them know you can't come and reschedule the appointment.because of your ride.still won't work with you at all and tell you no more seeing you again. At the doctor's office.

i went in yesterday to get my throat looked at, i told the dr that i thought it might be strep as the entire back of my throat was white and my tonsils were severely swollen. they did the test, it was negative. she looks at my throat and diagnosed me with viral syndrome, which means its a virus and they dont know the cause of it, and didnt send out a throat culture because i didnt have enough symptoms. they sent me home and told me to gargle with salt water and had no intention of testing me for anything else. i go to a different urgent care today, i have mono and an ear infection.

Everyone I met at the jubal early urgent care was very kind and professional. These people are extremely busy. A lot of people came and went, a lot of people were taken care of. The wait was long, but I imagine they balance appointment times and those who are sicker and need faster help. I didn't mind waiting especially when everyone there was so compassionate. Thank you!
