Cannot actually comment on their service as NO ONE RETURNED OUR CALLS OR RESPONDED TO EMAILS OR WEBSITE INQUIRY! Over a 2-week period, we called THREE times to request estate planning assistance; each time we were forwarded to either Kelsey Briel, Kim Hall or Natalie White. NONE of those people called us back! Ms. Hall indicated on her VM that for "quicker response", to please email her. We did that.
A week ago yesterday.
No response.
So, it's tough to review a firm that you cannot access---except to say you cannot access! Simply unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
Extremely disappointed, as the firm was recommended by our real estate attorney. :(

Perhaps it might have been a pleasure to actually review and tout the exemplary services of this firm, but we were never afforded that opportunity. Over a two-week period, (this week makes three weeks) we contacted Briel PC Attorneys on THREE OCCASIONS and were referred by a live receptionist  to THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE; well, not ACTUAL people--- only the voicemail boxes of 1) Kelsey Briel, 2) Kim Hall, and 3) Natalie White. My husband and I were seeking to make an appointment for estate planning advice. Ms. Hall in her voicemail kindly offered a "quicker response" if we sent an email----which we immediately did; no response as of a week ago yesterday. We also filled out the inquiry form found on their main website; no response there either. This firm was referred to us by our real estate closing office. Simply unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. It certainly doesn't bode well to call an attorney and not be able to connect with them---or at the very least to get a return call within a reasonable length of time. According to their website, they have several firms in the area. You'd think that SOMEONE would have reached out by now?!We are extremely disappointed and would never recommend this firm to anyone.Ever.

Have used them for closings on two homes. Always competitive rates and very friendly. Really knowledgeable and always open to questions. Highly recommend.
