I would highly recommend Ms. Fine and her wonderful assistant Ms. Ring. From the first communication to our final transaction, everything went smoothly. I had made a mistake on our phone call time and was quite delayed. Ms. Fine was more than accommodating with me and finding the time to move ahead with a call the same day. They processed all paperwork for my needs, filed everything in the court and I never had one issue. I appreciate their attention to detail and getting back with me on all questions in a timely manner.

communicating and advising of my options were lacking. Very confusing , need better communication, customer care. Felt in the dark and unprepared with my case mostly.

Very rude receptionist. I had some questions and said I was willing to pay and she quickly answered with how much they charged and couldnt give me a free consultation. I said can you please let her know I can pay for a short phone conversation to ask a few questions but ask if she could do it at a reduced rate. I couldn't finish my question or give my name and number without being interrupted a second time with a rude tone of voice that she charges $300 and so I didn't bother finishing my question for the lawyer NOT for the receptionist! I make good money I'm a nurse but I've been out of work temporarily and just needed a little advice and I could've paid a smaller amount now or did a payment plan but since she wants to be so rude and refuse to give my information to the lawyer or even let me finish speaking then I wont do business with the "women only caring lawyer". I guess she doesn't need my money or future business I'll take it elsewhere! On a normal basis $300 would be no problem for me. If you deal with tenant matters you should be willing to listen and work something out especially somebody that could potentially make you a lot of money in the future!!! I'll find somebody that isn't greedy and has courteous respectful staff and wants to help and listen!!!
