My daughter and I come here to get our nails done. I have now made the decision to go somewhere else they are the worst in Winchester. They do not go with what you ask for. Also the short black hair lady told my daughter she needs to see a Chinese doctor for her hands that sweat. That pissed me off to no end. Yall just need to be shut down. My nails look like t- Rex hands bc yall don't know what round is. Shut down.

I usually dont write reviews unless its something that really bugs me because Im not that person and I hate wasting my time. However, today I went to go get my nails done since V Nails next door was booked! So I when I first got there I got seated quickly which was nice since I didnt have an appointment. Now I know why is because they rush through your nails. Every time I put my nails in the led light she let them sit for maybe a second and then wanted to do another coat. My one nail werent even fully dry. Also, I go to wash my hands and come back and she has dust everywhere from the drill and She didnt wash her hands so I now have dust in my nail polish. Which I thought was unsanitary since usually the technician clean it was the brush when you up. However, all things I could careless about but what really bugged me was when she told me to go wash my hands again after she finished I turn back to go get my stuff( like my jacket and phone that was on the chair) she took and handed it to my friend that was there and already sat someone new down. Didnt ask if I liked it or anything. Which I took as highly rude because thats my own personal belongings. The environment was just not good and mostly if Im still going to have to pay high dollar still. Definitely wont be coming back.
