Rachel saved my nails today. I had been going to another location in Winchester and had no idea how bad I needed Rachel, she took the time to fix what another tech failed to do, she was creative and personable, the entire staff was involved to get me the best results. This was my first experience here and it wont be my last. Rachel has me as a forever customer.

Great staff, clean, cute, busy salon. Might want to make an appointment. They are professional, friendly, and attentive and in this area that is so hard to find. Please keep it up. Update: I stopped going bc I got cut on two occasions. On my final visit, Lan got uncomfortably close to my cuticles and cut. I understand cuts happen, but she brushed it off instead of attending to it immediately. Still give 4 stars--experiences with all other techs were great at this salon.

Love going here. I prefer Rachel. She always does an outstanding job on my nails. I request her when I make my appointments.
