First time going here. I will not return. I got the dip, and within 2 days the top coat peeled off of my nails. And the nail dip chipped within 24 hours of getting them done. I would have went back but I'm out of town. I always get dip when I get my nails done, this is the first time that the top coat peeled off. With other salons, even after weeks the top coat never peels off. I will not be back.

They do set a timer so you know your massage is the right amount of time. The place is very clean. Very nice!

Experience used to be ok but I stopped going due to my last appointment. Nails were chipping in less than 2 weeks and the girl was squeezing my nail as she worked. She was also rude. Seems like a "Rush the customer out of here to start on the next one" spot.

awful nails, im very disappointed. i was excited to get my nails done but no place was open except this one so i went thinking you cant really mess up a gel manicure until the guy doing my nails finished. you could still see my bare nail under the polish and they were just not painted well at all. he knew he messed up and tried fixing them but they were still very bad. in different lighting its very patchy and spots from my bare nail that you can still see. he was pushing back my cuticles, cutting them, and i started bleeding. on top of that i still had to pay full price. they look worse in real life.

The WORST nail salon Ive been to in Winchester. The salon was not very clean & color choices are outdated and limited. I went in for a pedicure and was burnt by the nail file and was cut with the cuticle nippers on 4 toes bleeding. They removed none of the calluses on my feet and washed the scrub off my legs without even rubbing it in. Ive never had such a poor quality pedicure in my life. I paid for a spa pedicure and only got my toes painted pretty much. Service: Pedicure
