Didnt get the expected experience.
Went there to get a cheaper service vs Audi dealership, ended up paying additional diagnostics fee for exact diagnostics which was rejected by CarShield. Should have known that I will need to pay the diagnostics fees with or without work.

The people at Meineke seem like very honest mechanics. My car needed a new transmission and the quote they gave me made sense with all of the research I did. I didn't have them fix it, but they were very nice and allowed me to keep my car in their parking lot until I figured out what to do with it. Everyone I spoke with was nice throughout the whole transaction. I would use them for future repair work for sure.

Meineke was very easy to deal with, from the appt to the estimate to the repair. My daughters car was fixed within an hour and she was back on the road. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the attention to detail on the service of my car by Meineke in Winchester, VA and very grateful to Mr. Oz for his great customer service attitude and respectful demeanor to customers. I will go back again!
