I cant go to a place that wants to fail an inspection over a 16 year inch wiper blade with an $80 replacement. They were nice enough to let me walk to a nearby parts store to buy one for $9.99. Had a good laugh with the parts guy about what these places are doing to people. Also, I guess its too hard to fill up an empty windshield washer fluid reservoir with water on a $70+ oil change, too. And while were here, $51 for a tire rotation, and the tires came from there? Wish I had bought those elsewhere, too, now. I gave five stars a couple years ago, but things have changed for the worse at Meineke. Ill never step foot in there or recommend anyone else again.

Charged $500 for a thermostat change which is at the upper end and SHOULD include replacing coolant. After they already started they called and told my daughters Roomate oh, its an extra $200 for coolant and we already started and theres nothing you can do about it. Too late to turn back. Total con job. Beware. Especially if they think you dont know anything about car repair.

I have visited meineke for the last 3 years and i have alway has excellent service. Every Veteran's Day I have received a free oil change with a dessert and a gift. They go one step above to please and deserve to gain customer. Good luck and success Meineke in wmsbg off 2nd street.

Team was very helpful. There were some delays due to parts but they handle everything and offered us temporary transportation while we continued to wait. TC and James were especially helpful.
