Wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. Communication, service is just poor. Employees are disrespectful and act like they are doing you a favor when they are proving a service. I was told not to use here and I didnt listen. I regret not listening. Stay far if you know whats good.

I know theyre extremely busy. But, after a very unpleasant conversation they had with a family member - I went in to straighten the situation out. Wrong idea. Oh, so wrong! I was treated with complete disrespect by 2 employees. We ended up moving the car elsewhere. This review wont make any difference, but Ill never go back. Ive bought my last 4 vehicles from Malloy. Im only 1 customer, but never again.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Youd probably have better luck literally putting an entire car back together yourself and have it done in less time. They have had my boyfriends vehicle for THREE MONTHS NOW AND REFUSE TO SHOW US THE CAR, and then claim it will be ready next week. Next week has never come. Mind you the car had only minor damage to the front and couldve been fixed in a month possibly two since they did claim some parts were on back order this is ridiculous and the ladies that work in the office are nothing but condescending. Please reconsider taking your vehicles here !!!!!

They were so incredibly incompetent the examples fill over 100 pages of documentation. The repairs and failures were so bad they provided me a new car. And advertised my old car with over $15k in damages as No Accident on the CarFax! The night I drove my restored car home it was raining. I turned the defroster on full and got blasted in the face with fine glass dust. I required emergency care and FIVE steroid injections to one eye! I still suffer to this day because of this gross oversight. For major repairs get towed into Sterling or Fairfax where the techs know what they are doing. Dishonest and deceitful: the manager Amanda claimed the thick splotch of fresh paint on the roof was not their responsibility. The top insurance man was dispatched to the shop from great distance and got in their faces to keep me from being ripped off! Incompetent: after written and verbal notices to protect my car from rain, on surprise inspection it was raining inside my car on electronics. The insurance field office descended in force upon the shop once again. Amanda put in a letter they would pay any electronic repairs for one year. Incompetent: they damaged the dash pad removing the windshield, a very costly and hard to obtain part replacement. They painted over dirt. They claimed many scuffs were pre-existing. The insurance expert again got in their face, all those scuffs were from the shop brushing power cords against the paint he said. The car reeked of noxious adhesive fumes. To a toxic level. Cars are all worked on in a common space so that my freshly painted car was covered in 1/8th inch of sanding dust and debris from other project cars only feet away. The headliner was replaced with dirty hands. The independent body shop owner that looked over my car picked out gross defects for a solid half hour. The fine glass crust covering EVERYTHING on inside surfaces was shocking to him. He observed the fine trails of glass dust that had blown out the defroster vents into my eyes. He said Toyotas were known for fine glass powder when damaged. He said the shop must drive such a car on rough road to dislodge the fine dust in the deepest recesses of the vents. Then run the system on high thru all vent settings. I produced my car to Winchester Police who confirmed a fine blast of glass powder coming out of the defrost vents. THAT FINE DUST WAS BLOWN INTO MY EYES AND I REQUIRED EMERGENCY CARE, STEROID INJECTIONS TO MY EYE!!!!, AND SUFFERING TO THIS DAY. The shop damaged the gear selector console, both air bag covers, and placed car mats over piles of crash debris. Amanda was embarrassed to say the least. When I drove my Corolla into Malloy Toyota service their service writer was shocked at the glass dust glistening in the sun all across the dash board. The little cubby hole under the radio where I placed my phone was so covered in glass I had cut myself. THE SERVICE WRITER HIMSELF GOT STUCK WITH GLASS SHARDS encrusting this shelf. If you take your car here for more than a scratch repair, shame on you. I could have been blinded and crashed! Malloy provided me a new car and advertised my wreck on CarFax as Accident Free! Malloys attorney refused to give their insurance company information to make a claim on the defroster injury to my eyes. Im trying to get one of the Washington DC TV stations to expose this consumer atrocity and shame Malloy Auto Group into doing the right thing: paying for the injuries to my eyes!
