truck trucks does great work, they did a amazing job adding projectors to a set of headlights of mine and have various parts that I needed. They resolved a conflict with me and have been very helpful

Hello - Potential Trick Truck Customers. I usually don't write a review online, but we are only sometimes honest and share good and bad feedback. Trick Trucks has served me in the past, and the experience was great. This last experience was far from how a customer should be served, alone a repeat customer. As a business owner, I like to hear the good and bad, so I can learn and do something about the bad experiences. I recently came in and needed a brush guard as deer season gets ramped up; I only wanted the quickest installation. After several attempts at products available - Clay found the one that met these criteria and convinced me to purchase with the install date in the time frame I needed.  - I was ready to pay the price and feel secure. It was the day the material arrived that all of a sudden, the date explained to me was now two weeks further out. After reminding Clay that we had a date - he refused to hold his end of the deal. So I found another installer to get me in, only to find out that "being winch ready" was the premium I paid was not the type of product that arrived. Long story, but you can see that this repeat customer is NOT coming back, and I only hope this prepares potential customers to be wise and do their research first. Please ask for the same product cost from other vendors, and you will save another couple of hundred.

I wanted to update my review to reflect that the Line X is peeling off of my bumpers and side steps in chunks and they look horrible. Trick Tricks knew this would happen before they charged me over $1,000 to coat them. If they knew that their product would completely come off of my bumper they shouldn't have put it on and they DEFINITELY should have told me that doing this will ruin my $50,000 truck. That's my primary complaint. Don't touch something if you know you'll ruin it. Now I'm left with a truck that looks horrible. I wouldn't have had it done if I knew that would happen, the bumper company verified that they would have replaced all pieces if what Line X said was true. There is no excuse for this at all. At the end of the day, they said that anything that they coat that isn't a bed liner, will rust. That is something that you should be required to tell your customers and it is completely dishonest.
