I could have slept outside and been safer and just as comfortable. Rooms: This was mostly 4 walls and a door. Some rooms didn't even have all of the furniture, and they definitely don't look like any picture associated with this place. Nearby activities: Drug addicts, people vomiting outside my door, breaking into the place because the windows don't lock in every room. Drunk people blasting music til 530 in the morning. Great place to get some kind of disease. Safety: Ha. Food & drinks: Food is pushing it, breakfast was pathetic and gross. Half the coffee makers didn't work and I know because I had to switch rooms 3 times. Noteworthy details: There's tons of places to get hurt so if you're looking for some money I would just find hazard and fall

No hot water in the shower after attempting to run it twice, for 7-10 minutes each time. The night auditor was friendly and kind, though, and the location is good for tourists. Rooms: Room was decent but no hot water in the shower. Also some of the other rooms were experiencing electrical issues throughout the night. Safety: The location is pretty safe as it is almost in the center of the college/tourist part of town. Walkability: Decent walking distance to restaurants, but you'll have to drive to any attractions due to traffic.

The only redeeming quality is this hotels location. Spend the extra money to stay someplace else. First, the creepy guy smoking weed and hanging around the front door/pool area. All interior lights are very dim, reminded me of a cheap horror movie. Rooms are gross, carpets dont appear to be clean, furniture that is broken, the bathroom is a disaster from missing bulbs to cracked and missing tiles in the shower. Even found hair in the shower drain that wasnt cleaned before we got into the room. The 2 employees behind the front desk were on their phones every time I entered the lobby, never once looking up to greet me. Im embarrassed to say I stayed here since I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. Next time I need a hotel in Williamsburg I will spend the extra couple hundred dollars and stay at a Mariott.
