The accommodations were reasonable for the price. However, the person at the front desk named, Luis or Louis . He ruined our vacation. The smoke detector in our room was chirping. Luis suggested that I come down and grab a 9 volt to change the battery ourselves. I told him That I wasnt comfortable standing on top of furniture to do so and I wasnt comfortable having on of my children do it either. He said he could swap out our rooms. As we were gathering our things, I started feeling kind of bad that we would have change rooms. So, my son and I both tried to get the detector apart and we were unsuccessful. So, we went to the front desk (bags in tow) to grab the new room keys. Luis or Louis looked at my son and said, hey! He is tall enough . I turned around and said. Excuse me? He called me a liar and mumbled repeatedly under his breath. I will never stay here again. He ruined our happy mood and I filed a formal complaint and I wont rest until the situation is rectified Nearby activities: Busch gardens
