Worst experience at a hair salon ever. Right when I walked in no one asked if they could help me I had to tell them I was there for an appointment the lady did not ask my name just told me have a seat. After she asked everyone else their name I finally asked do you need my name which I was given attitude and an eye roll. My stylist was 30 minutes late. Once I was finally in the chair she asked another stylist for help when I tried to explain to the stylist my hair history she got upset and told my stylist I cant do this and then pointed at me and said I again I cant do this I cant deal with her. The stylist I had was so unsure of herself, she tried to use a comb that dropped on the floor then pulled out a comb that still had hair all in. Not a container Of barbicide in sight. She has bleach all over my face and got in on my clothes. The total changed four different times. I was there for 5 hours for something that should have been no more than 2 hours and all that just for me to walk out no where close to what I asked for. I saw maybe 5 people walk in not get greeted and wait until finally they just got up and left. I did not have high hopes for this place to begin with and was using it as an emergency situation but omg it was worse than I could have ever imagined.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Crystal (master stylist) for a while now and shes fantastic! I have longer curly Italian hair and shes able to manage it expertly, and shes also super chill. I didnt have great luck with other stylists in this area (my hair type is not common in this area and easily butchered) so Im very lucky to have found her!
