I've never had a bad experience here. Billy was my service manager in the early 2000 with my Eclipse, then I somehow found him again at Casey's Toyota when I bought my Camry. After my warranty expired on my Camry, through the suggestion of my neighbor, I went to Carroll's and as fate would have it, Billy was once again, my service manager. After purchasing my new Highlander, I resumed service at Casey's due to the warranty. However, after numerous high expense charges from Casey's, I got smart again and came back to Carroll's. I told Billy, Casey's gave me a list of four items needing to be done on my car, totaling almost $4K. Billy looked it over and told me what I really need is only two of those items, and the cost was less than $300. I'll trust all my cars with Billy and the team at Carroll's Automotive. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change
