    Darrel and Kevin came out to diagnose and fix our Internet and phone connection. They arrived promptly after I called for help, within 30 minutes or so. They were not only courteous, but they were fast and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone who did the initial support was very polite and courteous as well. Thank you Lumos for being awesome!

    As far as service and setup awesome work. Signal strength is great. However here is the reason for only three stars. They said a subcontractor comes out in two weeks to bury a cable they laid out to my house. Three weeks go by and I call. Lady said shell send an email for them to call me and set up a time for them to come out and bury the cable. Here we are another two weeks and no call from anyone. So I had to bury it so I could do my projects and maintain my yard.

    I started my service with lumos in 2020 because of DirecTV messing with my channels, canceling channels that I watch it's not about what they offer it's what I'm paying for and what I expect same goes with lumos they did an update last week and removed one of the apps from off of their playlist I called customer service they said there was no guarantee that would play or load so I said there's no guarantee that you're going to get $214 out of me each month so I cancel my subscription. Kept the internet bought a fire stick in my bill went down to $55 a month and have more channels and more options and the stuff that I want.
