        We have had wonderful service, always stable at the speed we are paying for. Last night our internet stopped working. Within 30 minutes of calling in to get technical support Darrel arrived. He was very helpful and respectful. Even took off his shoes to not track snow into the house. I leaned alot about the tech at our home and he showed me how it all worked as he made the repair. He had all he needed to make the repair and was done within 30 minutes.

        Ive been a Lumos customer for years and their customer service is the best! I have been so happy with my TV and WiFi services and anytime Ive called to report an issue their customer service reps answer quickly and are so helpful, walking me through the process. When a tech comes to the house, theyve always been so kind, professional, and hard-working. Thank you, Lumos!

        I love Lumos Networks! Love the job, love the people... Great company to work for! 5 stars...I've been here for four years. 3 as a contractor and 1 as an employee. Hope to stay. UPDATE 2023: just getting ready to celebrate 11 total years. 2 as a contractor and 9 as a Segra/Lumos employee. Still love it.

        Awful. It stops all the time and does not have good service. It's very bad, I don't recommend it at all.

        We were set up on the $90/month plan. We wanted to drop down to a lower cost plan. We've contacted them 3 times and were told each time that we would be switched to the lower cost plan and for the last 3 months we have been charged $90. The customer service stinks! Looking at Xfinity.
