Good old fashioned service-the kind you expect from a neighbor. The AC went out and Mr. Mullins personally came out to take a look. He tried to make our old system work but it was just not to be. We accepted that a new system had to be installed but the heat and humidity were going to settle in before the new unit arrived-they gave us a window unit so that we had one cool room to keep us comfortable for the weekend. Before I could check what time they were coming on Monday morning, I saw the whole Awest team assembling in front of the house and the phone rang to let me know they would be there any minute. We were cooling off and checking out our new system by 11:30. Terrific family owned company. It really doesn't get better than this. Received a very competitive quote for replacement system. Installation team arrived on time, work was completed efficiently in about 7 hours. Everything is working great. Highly recommended.
