Advanced Imaging Center - First Colonial

My doctor wrote me a prescription for X-rays and I had options where to go. Since this location was nearby the hospital it was convenient. Parking was plentiful and near the door. They are located on the very end of the building. Check in was smooth and I was called back within 15 minutes. X-rays took around 10 minutes and the tech was great! Insurance was billed and the entire process easy. How could I not give a full 5 stars.

My appointment was scheduled a month ago, I finally went today the day of my appointment. They were closed, even though on my app and everything it showed I had an appointment. Went to the front desk of the hospital for her to call them and the phone said we are away at business. She sent me to the er and they said they could see my appointment but couldnt do anything, only when finally they got someone on the phone they told the er staff the last patient came and already checked out. even though I was standing right there and havent even been there. Always had issues and have proof I was there, they better not charge me. Because I was there they werent

My husband had a test done here today and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone we encountered were professional, compassionate and you could tell they really enjoy what they are doing!

WAY better than the Princess Anne location. I called Princess Anne literally like 10 times between several dates and times. Never got a person on the phone. First time I called this location and BAM, someone answered the phone and was able to give me the information I needed
