MRI & CT Diagnostics

Believe all the bad reviews for this place! I would avoid using them at all cost. I cant speak on how the Doctors are because after dealing with the front desk ineptitude I switched providers. The front desk employee(s) dont know how to properly file insurance paperwork which holds up the entire process (words said by my insurance rep, not me). Multiple front desk employees were rude for no reason. Took forever for someone to answer the phones anytime I called. They do not understand proper procedure but think that they do.

Clinic staff was nice and did their best and were good to pnts, front desk individuals were very unprofessional and had an attitudes with patients for no apparent reason. Hardly any acknowledgements, only necessary exchanges.

My first time getting a MRI staff made me feel comfortable coming in and leaving I would recommend anyone to go there if needed also didn't have to wait a long time to get my test done

Mike at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. Darlene as well who went above and beyond helping make an appointment. Everybody has been helpful and the facility is clean.

The doctors may be great but Ill never know because the staff so incompetent. Good luck getting scheduled.
