This office has fallen apart. Been using them for my insurance needs for a few years now. They can't seem to find reliable agents.

I have been with Steve Love Insurance Agency for over 15 years. Unfortunately today I will be canceling my policy with them due to the terrible customer service I received from the personal lines auto guy Mr. White. I called when the office opened at 9 and apparently that was upsetting to him as he mentioned multiple times his computer wasn't set up and he was one of 2 people in the office and that I was the first call of the day repeatedly!!!! I explained to him he can call me back once he gets situated but then he said he would have to take someone else's call. He seemed to be put out that I was even on the phone. I called because nationwide doubled my monthly premium with no notice since my son was added to my policy as a driver. He explained to me basically nationwide was my best bet but then I told him I did my own research and found a premium hundreds of dollars less with progressive. He was very annoyed by my sheer existence and I could tell he didn't want to be bothered shopping me a policy. When I asked him steps I needed to take to cancel he was more than happy to allow me to do so. That kind of customer service is unacceptable in my book. Long term business is obviously not valued by Mr. White. Moving on!

They do their homework to get you the best value for your money and are always friendly and patient when answering all those questions that us "non-insurance" people ask. And they are always knowledgeable and helpful should you ever need to file a claim. Have been with them for several years and can't imagine going anywhere else. :)

I love this insurance agency. I have 4 cars, a rental property, home and small business owner and Steve love nationwide manages all of our insurance needs. You cant beat the value and the customer service is outstanding. Kristin Sloan and Sara Banks have helped us in so many ways. They have both provided fast and efficient communication and we will continue to use and refer this agency to all of our friends, family and co workers in the future!
