Consistently poor communication!
I moved my auto insurance away from them after multiple occurrences of poor communication with Bridgette.
Now my wedding ring insurance has lapsed. Called the office today to check on my policy because I renew annually around September. They claim that they called me twice and mailed the renewal paperwork, yet I have no calls/voicemails or any paperwork in the mail. Maybe try emailing your customers! You would at least have proof that you attempted to renew my policy.
If you want good customer service then this is not the place for you. Switching to Towne Insurance!
