        As soon as I walked in it wasnt what I expected now Im in search for a new hotel . Bed cover has a whole like it was burned , furniture has scratches, floor is cracking bathrooms looks old . My daughter didnt even sleep well she wasnt comfortable

        Was fraudulently charged $50 because they said the blanket was missing. Is a complete lie!!! Room wasn't very clean to begin with, signs of bug and water damage. Contacted office and they said housekeeping reported the blanket missing. I believe this is an ongoing scam they pull on numerous customers. I will be contacting general manager to see if they return my stolen money. Very unhappy with the service provided! Only stayed in room overnight as no other place to stay. Sad that when your down establishments such as this will prey upon you. Making my situation worse, I needed that money to eat!!! Room was reserved by my partner, name of Anna on 2-3-24. Checked in evening hours. WHO WOULD REALLY STEAL AN OLD USED HOTEL BLANKET, REALLY!!!!

      I am sorry that this is your experience of your stay with us. It is likely the person you spoke to when you contacted the office was the General Manager. But just in case please feel free to call any time between 10am and 4pm and ask to speak with the Manager. When you do contact us please give as much information you can as far as the name and date on your reservation, as checking our system I cannot find a guest by the name of "Wil Glass".
