        The hotel staff were awesome! The restaurant/bar was very nice! Our room was oceanfront, and was very nicely furnished and very clean! Noteworthy details: Very quiet away from the loud boardwalk. Lots of locals in the area. Only a 2 minute drive to the boardwalk.

        Not worth the price. Hotel needs maintenance and cleaning. The small things matter, you don't use cardboard to fix a missing refrigerator leg. Room smelled like cigarettes in the bed, entire floor smells like smoke.

        Our first room was commandeered by homeless people, according to the staff that tried to help us get into the room. Our second room was left open by cleaning staff for hours. I found the door propped open by a wooden wedge, the room had been cleaned, there was no staff anywhere. The front desk was no help with any issues I had. I was told by the manager they were understaffed.

      Jeffrey, please accept our apology for not providing you with the beach getaway you anticipated. Our goal is to always provide our guests with clean and comfortable accommodations with superior customer service and it is unfortunate to read that was not the case with you. We will share your comments with our management and research to see why this occurred. We do hope that you still found value in having the sand and surf right out our back door and enjoyed visiting the nearby Boardwalk area and other nearby attractions.
