No water, no way to shower, pool under construction, rooms never cleaned. Dated, doors left ajar, sketchy parking garage. Came with family and chose this hotel because of indoor pool. Never stated on website that pool was closed indefinitely. Elevator and no running water on last day. Would definitely not choose this again.

Our family stayed here for my grandfathers funeral, we are still stuck here unless and until we find a new hotel. Thats how bad this experience has been, and we still are supposed to be here for one more night. The rooms are outdated, and there was a plumbing emergency around 10pm last night and no one to deal with it. We havent been able to go to the bathroom, flush the toilets, shower, wash our hands or brush our teeth. We had a couple bottles of water so we made due, but thats all that was offered to our family. The staff here is very unprofessional and couldnt even tell us where the nearest public bathroom is. There was no manager on staff and staff couldnt tell us when there would be a manager. You would think when the hotel and literally all of its guests are experiencing an emergency the manager would care enough to be there. Nope! Every toilet in the hotel has feces in it and cant be flushed. We are here with our entire family and this has just been an awful experience made worse by the hotels inability to foresee that its their responsibility to have a back up plan for emergencies. Weve stayed at hotels before that have experiences similar emergencies and it was ALWAYS handled professionally. Not here, just do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Safety: Health hazard because they arent prepared for foreseeable emergencies. Every toilet is flooded with pee and poop. You cant open the slider door because bugs and flies coming zipping right in.

Great location and great place to stay! Customer Service was best and fast with their service. Will be sure to book again next trip! Rooms: Nice Rooms Nearby activities: Lots of activities and food places nearby! Walkability: Walk right out to the boardwalk and not far from the fishing pier.

Ill start with the good the staff. Everyone that we came into contact with was super friendly and very helpful. Whoever does the hiring ..nice job! Location is nice right on the beach. Now for the not so good. I would never stay here again because of the rooms. For almost $300 night off season it was a dump. The 2 queen beds ARE NOT queens . they are not even full sized! (I actually measured 48 across). The beds platforms are stained and the mattresses will give you a bad back after 1 night. The balcony was gross2 plastic chairs on a dirty balconythey painted outside rail but not inside. Carpeting, couch bathroom all in terrible condition and stained. The bathroom was falling apart and the fans were so loud you dare not run them if someone is sleeping. Parking garage is soooo narrow to drive up. Weird. This hotel is a 2* rating at best.
