    Me and my wife drove down for an event we spend the night had a great experience from the time we arrive. They offered to shuttle service to us to go to our event so we didnt have to drive exit exit exit the doorman was fantastic. He was very helpful, very professional, Music was in the lobby, but it was the way one of the negative reviews. Explain that overall experience was fantastic. We had breakfast best egg Benedict Ive ever had highly recommend this place.

    Definitely a mixed review. Attending a wedding that was on property. Beautiful room- clean, well appointed and great bathroom (large shower with great water pressure). Bed was firmer than we would prefer and no blackout curtains so we were awake before 7am after a late wedding reception. Check-in was excellent! Nick was a pleasure. He offered us welcome glasses of sparkling wine, gave us details of the wedding location, checked to see if there was any availability for the afternoon tea the next day (they couldn't accommodate us) and arranged for our Tesla to be charged overnight for our return drive the next morning before our 200+ mile drive(more on how the car was NOT charged overnight later in the review). Nowhere to grab a bite to eat at 3pm after a long drive. So had to eat some expensive minibar snacks instead of wait till 4pm for a restaurant to open on the property. We had to be down to the wedding at around 5pm. Turndown service was nice with the WHITE Roman shades pulled down and cookies. After we wake up bright and early, we noticed that the Tesla wasn't charged. No one would pick up the phone at the front desk! Took a while to reach someone - we even texted them. Basically, "sorry, will make sure valet manager knows" - THAT'S IT! So when we checked out early to find a supercharger, Brian at the front desk barely acknowledged us. Didn't even ask how our stay was because we were ready to let him know that we weren't happy that the car wasn't charged overnight when they said it would be. We told him we were checking out and he reached for the room key and immediately turned away to talk to someone on his earpiece or phone. Absolute 180 from our warm welcome the day before! So we spent over half an hour to get to the charging station and waiting for the car to charge so we can make it home. And $30 OUTDOOR overnight parking charge. Car was COVERED in pollen and dust when they brought it to us. Won't be staying here again. Came to about $700 a night for a room with a King bed. I expect better for that.

    If I can give 0 stars I would. We got tickets for the Grand Easter Celebration but we were basically shood away by a Valet manager. Theres a nicer way on saying that parking is only for residents and people who have reservation for Becca restaurant. He was basically so rude and disrepectful to my husband and family when we DID NOT get a disclaimer on our tickets that we arent allowed to park there. We got a confirmation ticket from Cavalier saying we are confirmed to go but it doesnt specifically say that we arent allowed to park in hotel parking. It shouldve said we arent allowed and it couldve made sense for him to give us attitude! My husband and I lost your business. We are never going to that hotel or any affiliated restaurants or hotel! Such disgusting way to treat customers!

    Was charged for food I never received and finding it impossible to reach someone. My server Maylen was very attentive, the kitchen was lacking. My plain fries after 20 minutes hadn't arrived. At 30 minutes I cancelled my order as I watched ppl around me receive food that they ordered after me. At 45 minutes cold fries arrived and I again stated I did not want them and was told I'd be refunded. I however have still been charged $9.04 for fries I cancelled.
