        Bedroom should sleep4 didn't have enough linens .sofa bed was soaked to 50+ yr old women slept on the floor because no availability for swapping rooms . If you consider chunky coffee and instant oatmeal breakfast then your in luck

        So many bad smells everywhere; I did not think to take a photo of the bug I saw crawling along the desk in the room until the next day when I ended up with bites all over my legs that are still itchy. When I googled what I saw, it appears to be a bedbug. It should be no surprise that bad smells were a warning and an environment for such bugs.

        Extended stay with a perfect place to stay perfect location perfect service people were excellent customer service there any thing I got to say about that place is it was roach infested place that will be the only reason that I give it a star one is because of the roach infested they were crawling on the bed every time I turn around I would not get any sleep because I was killing roaches and and the Wi-Fi was not very good connection if you wanted to get connection to it you had to pay even more to get better service so that's why I gave it a one star

        SOMEBODY PLEASE CALL THE HEALTH BOARD OF VIRGINIA!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! I walked into the building where my room is the smell was awful. It said non-smoking but you could clearly tell people are smoking in there. It smelled like dirty carpet, cigarettes,and gross air freshener. They charge a $25 pet fee when they aren't really cleaning anything at all. They are taking carpet freshener and sprinkling it in the corners of the room. I get in my room, the microwave didn't work. I go to the bathroom and find ROACHES! The tub looked like it was peeling, and the couch looked dingy and gross. After being on the road all day and just needing somewhere to nap this was so disappointing. I walked in the room, observed, and immediately went back to the front desk to give them the room key back. I said I can't stay here it's DISGUSTING, and there is roaches in the room. The attendant didn't seem to surprised and checked me back out. So because this place was that nasty, we had to try to nap in the front seat of our cargo van before hitting the road for another 8 hrs. IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF STANDARDS, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! THIS IS NOT IT.

        They had roaches, and the clerk messed up my stay ,taking a day off my already paid for week and then charged me $62.00 to move it back . They messed up why did I have to pay for it. Not happy at all I want my $62.00 back I didn't make this mistake they did
