Wow Connie, the number of outright lies in this review are disgusting! For starters you were sent an email with the date your items expired at the very start of your 60-day consignment period. You also signed a contract the day you came in w/ directions how to log into your consignor account from our website that you are able to access 24/7 from your cell phone or home computer that shows you a picture of each item, what it is priced at, what day your contract started & what day it expires & if the item has sold...your free to check on any of your items at time during the day or night & as many times as you would like each day. Per the contract you sign & were given a copy of, it states in policy #4 that all items expire at 60 days, but you still have an additional 7 days past that day to pick them up. Your items have been abandoned for a month now past that day. (Policy #10 & #11 of the contract also explain in great detail that YOU need to keep track of your date, keep the email for your records & call us if you have any problems at all getting into your account.) Checks do not take 5-6 business days...they are usually written the next business day with the exception of when I am out of town & in that case my staff always has an exact date it will be ready...your check for over $1K is available for pick-up tomorrow morning (less than 24 hours from your request.) ALL of your items were in fact promoted on our social media, 11 times to be exact from Dec 16th-Feb 11th...sometimes your items were posted multiple times in one day & are in fact still there if you go back & look (Dec 16, Dec 23, Dec 24, Jan 15, Jan 27, Jan 28, Feb 11.) They were also used in multiple flat lay pictures sent out in a number of emails AND posted on our website. I'm sorry that your experience was "the worst" & only worth 1 star, but all of your complaints above are totally FALSE & I thankfully have ALL of the documentation to support that. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors with the many other wonderful consignment shops in the area & hope next time you take the time to read the contract top to bottom & hold on to your copy....which we will be more than happy to supply you with a copy when you come in to pick up your check for the items that did sell from the many hours we spent promoting them.
