just brought two bags of clothes and two bags of shoes and they didnt offer me money for anything at all. Because of Wear and tear Even though I didnt bring anything at all that has stains or holes on it. Weird and ridiculous.

I get that they will buy stuff that is name brand H&M, nike, aeropostale but come on some of the clothes they sell is low quality material things that can be bought at rainbow. so when i bought in my clothes to sell i know that it was not ugly compared to what they sell they took 4 items only! one was an adidas baseball cap and 3 clothing articles and tell me why I only got 7 bucks !!! what a joke . I gave it to goodwill because I know it will actually be appreciated

I hate to say this because it's cliche but if I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today and bought a onesie tank top. Got home to put it on and there's a huge period (or God knows what) stain where you snap the bottom. This shows you that these clothes are not being looked at before being put on the racks. Thank goodness I noticed this before putting it on. I always wash things before truly wearing them but I wanted to see what it would look like with these specific pants. Part of me wants to call and speak to management or maybe even further up because this is absolutely disgusting.
