        The technician was outstanding in every respect. Im a disabled Veteran and what is upsetting is Sears no longer will renew my contract to repair my riding lawnmower. I have no idea what I am going to do if something ever goes wrong with my riding lawnmower. Do you know of any company that will provide the same service you have done?

        Rob was great the process took longer than I wanted because after Rob came the first time and let us know we needed two parts a different technician came who was not able to repair the built in refrigerator.

        STAY AWAY!! Had to pay a $129.00 diagnostic fee, which took the tech only a few minutes to perform using the diagnostic feature on my washing machine, which I already did prior to the tech coming out. Had to pre-pay labor cost for him to come out and replace the motor. The part was never ordered, nor did he send me the information for me to order the part myself, per my request. There was no direct line for me to speak to a representative to inquire about the part; instead, I had to go through many hoops to speak to someone a half a world away, only to be told the part was never ordered. I canceled the repair visit and spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund on the prepaid labor cost, but was not able to get a refund on the $129.00 diagnostic fee. What a joke!!! Please STAY AWAY!!!
