Received next day service on replacing a range oven igniter.  Cost: service call and replacement part. Leaves behind the damaged part and the genuine replacement box (From GE appliances) MFG P/N verifies the replacement cost. Will continue to call for future repairs.

I should have read all the other reviews that mentioned him not showing up for appts. He no showed on me as well. I spoke with him on the phone on Monday and he told me to take a picture of my washing machine's serial number and model. He said he would come out Wednesday to look at it. I sent him the model info right after we talked and confirmed our Wednesday appt. He never responded again that day. Today is Wednesday so I texted and called him this morning to confirm our appt. He didn't answer his phone and his voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. He never responded to my text. I was still hopeful that he might show up , but it is now 4pm and I haven't heard a peep out of him. I've been waiting all day. If he wasn't going to show up I would have understood but it is extremely unprofessional to leave me sitting her ALL DAY without even contacting me. I won't be giving him another chance to stand me up.
