        We lived here for a year, overall great experience. Would have stayed longer if we didnt decide to move out of state!

        A M A Z I N G !! Staff moved in during COVID and they were so helpful and informative every step of the way, I had the pleasure of working w Dawn and she really made the process less intimidating than I expected my first apartment would be. Orlando the maintenance guy was always very respectful and quick in addressing my any concerns, some residents used to take the gate off but Mark the property manager always makes sure to fix it right up. Absolutely 10/10 recommend. Awesome location close to the highway and outlets !! . Food lion, suschi king, Starbucks right up the street. Love this area and the Waterford staff just makes everything that much more awesome. I felt really comfortable here ! #thankyou!
