Nice, clean apartments, convenient location, there is always a parking space, managers always write in advance about all events both in the house and in the area. Our family lives on the 12th floor, we have very high ceilings, we really like it.

Living at The Cosmopolitan has been an absolute delight for my wife and me. The prime location, situated conveniently across the street from my workplace, has made commuting a breeze, allowing us to maximize our time together as a family. One of the standout features of The Cosmopolitan is its exceptional management team. During a pivotal moment in our lives, as we were expecting our first child and needed to upgrade to a larger unit, Lexi and the management team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only did they facilitate a seamless transition from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom apartment, but they also granted us an early move-in, easing the stress during such a significant life transition. Moreover, the maintenance team at The Cosmopolitan deserves special recognition for their prompt and efficient service. They have consistently demonstrated their dedication to resident satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly. I just wish they would replace my blinds, as it seems like the former tenant replaced the old blinds but installed the new ones incorrectly.
