27 Atlantic Apartments

We toured the apartment building and loved everything about it. Jordyn was very sweet, responds very quickly to emails and phone calls, and gave an excellent detailed tour. She explained everything about the apartments and how the leasing works in detail, and she emailed and called me with a follow-up. We are looking for a place for my mom and will be thrilled if she moves into this building.

The office staff, in particular Jordyn, were extremely helpful in assisting me with my application process. They maintained great lines of communication and were very professional. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Marvin & his Maintenance crew are fantastic! Recently, I had 3 items that needed to be reviewed and all were completed and remedied very quickly & successfully. The Dept. are 100% trustworthy and could not be nicer! Thank you all

This another shout out! Hi My name is Shaddai and Im a new resident at 27 Atlantic, the most awesome place to live on the planet I may add, and I wanna send my strongest gratitude to the incredible maintenance guy here for his incredible service. I was at work when my huge new television arrived and the delivery guy had problems with getting to the requested location. So the maintenance personally called me and ask would I like to have them place it in my apartment, after giving them the authorization to do so, maintenance facilitated that process and I cannot be more thankful for it. But its not just that, its all of the other incredible forms of service that we get from maintenance that makes our living arrangements so comforting! So Im sending you a huge THANK YOU maintenance team! You are appreciated! Hi! My name is Shaddai, and I just wanna say that words cannot describe how grateful I am for having such a wonderful and incredible leasing consultant, Jordyn, helping me in finding my very first home at 27 Atlantic! Jordyn gave me such an incredible tour of the apartment that I was interested in and explained to me in a very understandable way of what to expect and how to submit my paperwork. She even emailed and and checked in on me to see if I needed any assistance with the application process. Truly awesome and very professional!
