I had to euthanize my dogs because they were very ill and old, the doctor at Salem Veterinary hospital, which was my dogs veterinary since I bought them was very understanding and professional. If you have animals that need a veterinarian she is wonderful and compassionate.

Have you ever wanted to be talked about behind paper-thin doors? Have you wanted the door closed in your face, not once, but twice, in one visit? Have you wanted to be asked if you want to do a particular test, and then when you try to ask questions about the test: have the vet and technician talk back and forth to each other and ignore you while they decide to do the test and what room they will do it in? Have you wanted to have to humble yourself to admit that you can't afford a surgery for your elderly dog and then have the vet just stare at you and then tell you that it will likely cost even more than the original projection? Have you wanted it to not end when you leave and go to another vet, but to have them then call Animal Control on you and your wife is bawling to the Animal Control lady (who was kind and felt so terrible for calling) while your wife explains that a kindhearted vet is currently on their way to your house to put your beloved dog down? If so, then this is the place for you! If this doesn't sound like what you are looking for, then I would recommend looking elsewhere. I have hundreds of hours worked in vet clinics of all kinds and worked with a plethora of different vets and this was truly one of the very worst experiences I have ever had. If I could, it would be negative stars.

I love the doctor and the tech!!!!! They made us feel at home and concern for my puppy!!!!! They are wonderful!!!!!!

The receptionist is a person who has a very bad way of serving, as if he were giving me the service, the doctors are wonderful but really, as receptionists they should have a different attitude because we pay for good service and polite treatment.
