I really like the location and staff but find myself very frustrated with pricing. Because of the amount of appointments needed for my kitties condition (ear infections) I called and asked if there was any way some expenses could be offset due to the large amount of additional fees for medical supplies (q-tips/cotton balls), and they were not willing to work with me at all. I will always take care of my cat when she needs medical attention, but the added charges when you're already paying hundreds of dollars for the combined appointments feels excessive. Please consider adding the use of q-tips and cleaning of rooms into the cost of your appointments. I would also like to add that when someone calls and asks for any help when it comes to offsetting fees, it would be really nice if there was any attempt to work with customer instead of a flat no.

New permanent veterinarians with the same family-oriented excellent care we've enjoyed at Timberlake for over a decade.
